3. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use our services.

- content you upload, submit, generate, or connect through the app or website;

- any other information you choose to provide to us.
Information collected automatically
- device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and browser type;
- approximate location inferred from IP address or device settings;
- app interactions, navigation events, feature usage, session activity, and referral data;
- crash reports, diagnostics, performance metrics, and error logs;
- network information such as IP address and request metadata; and
- identifiers needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve our services.
Information from third parties
- App Store, Apple, or payment platform purchase confirmations and subscription status;
- sign-in, authentication, or account verification providers;
- analytics, anti-fraud, hosting, communications, customer support, and infrastructure vendors;
- business partners, integration partners, or enterprise customers that enable access for you; and
- publicly available information where permitted by law.
4. App permissions and device access
Some app features may request access to device capabilities such as notifications, camera, microphone, photo library, files, contacts, calendar, or other system permissions. We only request access when reasonably necessary for a user-facing feature or a lawful operational purpose. You can manage permissions through iOS settings at any time, although certain features may stop functioning if access is disabled.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve our apps, website, and services;
- create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and verify eligibility or entitlement status;
- process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, receipts, and account-related notices;
- deliver support, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot bugs, and monitor service health;
- protect users, enforce our terms, detect abuse, fraud, spam, and security incidents;
- understand usage trends, measure feature adoption, and develop new functionality;
- send transactional messages, updates, service announcements, and where permitted, marketing messages;
- comply with law, legal process, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations; and
- train, evaluate, safeguard, or improve AI and automation systems using lawful and appropriate controls.
6. Legal bases for processing
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of these bases:
- performance of a contract with you;
- our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service;
- your consent, where consent is required;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- protection of vital interests, security, and fraud prevention where permitted by law.
7. Analytics, cookies, and tracking technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
On iOS, if our app engages in tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we will request permission before accessing the relevant identifier or performing that tracked activity. If permission is denied, tracking-related functionality will be limited accordingly. Not all analytics or operational data processing is considered tracking under Apple's rules.
8. AI and automated features
Our services may include AI-assisted, automation, or decision-support features. When you use those features, we may process prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, workflow metadata, and related usage data to deliver the feature, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and evaluate system performance.
AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in business, financial, legal, medical, safety, or other high-impact contexts.
9. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- hosting, cloud, analytics, communications, customer support, payment, and security providers;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, insurers, and accountants;
- enterprise customers, administrators, or workspace owners that manage your access to a service;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or valid legal request;
- buyers, investors, or successor entities in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale; and
- other parties with your direction or consent.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes except as described in this policy, in a service-specific notice, or with your consent.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, sensitivity, operational need, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.
11. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit, environment segregation, vendor reviews, logging, and incident response practices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your place of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
13. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access, correct, update, or delete certain personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
- receive a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain marketing communications; and
- appeal a privacy request decision where local law provides that right.
To exercise a privacy request, email contact@lxmob.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
14. California privacy notice
California residents may have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain disclosures or uses of personal information, subject to exceptions. We do not discriminate against users for exercising valid privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on a user's behalf where permitted by law.
15. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact contact@lxmob.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
16. Third-party services and external links
Our apps and website may link to third-party websites, integrations, or services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to third-party practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those services before using them.
17. App Store and platform disclosures
Information collected through our iOS applications may be used for app functionality, account management, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, security, customer support, and other purposes described in this policy. Our App Store privacy disclosures may summarize certain categories of collection and use. In the event of a conflict between a platform disclosure and this policy, the more specific product disclosure will control for that feature.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the services after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies, to the extent permitted by law.
